U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro will provide an update Thursday morning on the probe into the fatal shooting this spring outside of the Capital Jewish Museum.
Suspect Elias Rodriguez, 31, is accused of gunning down Israeli embassy staffers Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim outside of the Washington museum on May 21.
New charges against Rodriguez were unveiled Wednesday. He is now facing two counts of hate crime resulting in death and two assault counts, adding to an original batch of charges unveiled in May. His next court appearance is expected Friday.
The press conference is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. EDT.
